Terms of Service

1. The service

CopyBoss (mtboss.cn) is an AI copywriting tool that generates marketing copy for social media platforms based on descriptions you provide. The service is provided "as is" and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. One person, one account — automated account creation is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use CopyBoss only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the service to create misleading, harmful, hateful or illegal content, and do not attempt to abuse or circumvent usage quotas.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Credits are the unit of usage: 1 credit generates copy for one platform in one tone (3 copies). The free plan includes 1 credit per day. Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($9.99/month, 10 credits per day) or a yearly subscription ($99/year, 15 credits per day), billed through our payment partner Creem. Top-up packs are one-time purchases ($1 per 10 or 20 credits depending on your plan) and their credits never expire. Daily quotas reset at midnight UTC. Unused daily quota does not roll over.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges immediately, and your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for accidental duplicate charges are handled case by case; contact hi@mtboss.cn.

5. AI-generated content

Copy is generated by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with the rules of the platforms you publish on. We make no warranty as to the fitness, originality or accuracy of generated content.

6. Your content

You own the copy you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the service. We never publish your content or use it to market CopyBoss.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyBoss is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
